Terms of Service

The service

PushMyRank audits websites and reports problems that can affect how they appear in search engines, answer engines and AI assistants, and recommends fixes. It also runs a public directory of websites ranked by their audit scores.

Audits are guidance, not guarantees

Scores and recommendations are our own measures, produced automatically from what our crawler can see. They are not scores from Google, Ahrefs, Moz or any AI provider. Fixing the problems we report may help your site, but we do not promise any ranking, traffic, citation by an AI assistant, or increase in any score.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use PushMyRank for a business, you confirm you can act for it.
• You must verify your email address before using a password sign-in.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to attack, overload, probe or gain access to any website or system;
• try to get around usage limits, access controls or the rules in a website's robots.txt;
• list a website in the directory that you do not own or are not authorised to represent;
• publish unlawful, misleading, adult, malicious or infringing content, or links to it;
• interfere with the service or other people's use of it, or resell it without our written agreement.

Our crawler identifies itself as PushMyRankBot and follows robots.txt. Website owners can block it at any time; see About PushMyRankBot.

The directory

• A website is shown only after its owner proves control of the domain, and ranking is by the latest audit scores.
• Links to listed websites are marked nofollow by default. We decide whether a listing's link is marked nofollow, sponsored or followed, and paid placements are labelled as sponsored.
• We may change a listing's status or remove it, including for breaking these terms or for being inaccurate.
• You can remove your own listing at any time.

Plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. When they do, the price and what is included are shown before you buy. We may change plans and limits, and we will not apply a change to a period you have already paid for.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you give us and of your websites. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, and, for anything you choose to publish in the directory, to show it publicly.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.

Ending your use

You can stop using PushMyRank and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, PushMyRank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, traffic or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
